St Andrews Hospital Eastern Clinical Development

The  Eastern  Clinical  Development  is  a  $50  million  state  of  the  art  clinical  facility  and will  contain  a  200  space underground  car  park,  day  surgery  unit, 28  bed  ward  with landscaped  courtyard    and  staff  gym.    The  day  surgery unit  will  provide  the  hospital with  2  new  operating theatres,  3  procedure  rooms  and  2  angiography  rooms.  Our works included  fire  rated  partitions,  plasterboard  ceilings,  tbar ceilings,  lead  lined walls,  screenwood  timber  ceilings, perforated  plasterboard  ceilings  and  Kingspan Underslab insulation  to  the  ground  floor  carpark.  In  the  final stages  of  construction saw  200  construction  staff  on  site  each  day.
