Hilton Hotel Ground Floor Refurbishment

The challenge of this project was to completely gut the ground floor of an operating hotel with minimal disruption to the staff and patrons. Major work was undertaken in the lobby, lounge, restaurant, bar, kitchen and foyer utilising complex finishes with very fine tolerances, and all within a base structure that lacked dimensional consistency.

The long-term relationship between builder and client has resulted in high level of trust that brings with it high expectations for effective delivery and quality. The result is simply outstanding.

The venue has three private dining rooms available to seat 12 for an intimate setting or up to 60 people for a working lunch to a special occasion dinner.

Our scope involved new ceilings, bulkheads and partitions throughout the ground floor while also making good to existing surfaces. The end result is a standout.
